We are building Conversational AI: a multi-agent system that autonomously guides customers and sales employees through complex decisions. We focus on industries with multi-variant products, complex multi-channel buying journeys, and long technical sales cycles. Using natural language, Kleio streamlines the entire sales journey - from intent understanding and product discovery to specification matching and automated quoting workflows. We started in the B2C space across Travel, Real Estate, Automotive, and Energy, and are already live with companies like Havas Voyages, Showroomprivé, Bouygues, and Effy. We’re now expanding to B2B industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Machinery.The Role:As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Kleio, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, configure, and deploy our novel Conversational AI into their applications and workflows - integrating their data such as their product catalogues and with systems like CRM, ERP, and CPQ, adapting user interfaces, and building custom features and data pipelines to meet real business needs. You’ll collaborate with product managers, solution managers and engineers, owning the full lifecycle of your solutions from scoping to deployment and ongoing support in production. As a founding team member, you’ll also shape Kleio’s product and culture, turning customer insights into impactful improvements, fostering collaboration and trust, and helping attract and mentor top talent in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.Responsibilities :Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business challenges, translate requirements into technical solutions, and configure, test, and deploy AI agents tailored to their use cases while ensuring high performance in production.Integrate Kleio’s platform with client data (e.g., product catalog) and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, CPQ) to enable seamless workflows and actionable insights.Configure and adapt the user interface to match client requirements, providing intuitive, customer-ready applications.Design and develop custom features, implement robust engineering solutions, and build data pipelines to extract, transform, and load customer data into appropriate formats.Lead technical design discussions spanning application architecture, UI components, back-end services, third-party integrations, and testing.Provide hands-on technical guidance, deep-dives, demonstrations, and customer training to drive adoption and success.Be part of the founding team, contributing to the growth of an ambitious startup from the very beginning, with a direct impact on its success.Our stack:We use standard modern technologies that get the job done, we are not zealots of a specific technology stack, we use proven off-the-shelf components because we don’t like reinventing the wheel.For example, our current stack includes:Svelte / TypeScript for the UIHosted LLM services (open or closed source LLMs)GCS, Redis, relational, vector and graph databasesGoogle Cloud Platform for hostingQualifications:5+ years of professional software development or implementation experience; experience with typed languages (TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.) preferred.Proven track record of delivering customer-facing solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment.Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, optimization, and clean coding practices.Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, CPQ) and building data pipelines (ETL/ELT).Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.Interest in Generative AI and familiarity with concepts such as RAG.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working directly with enterprise customers in implementation or consulting roles.Hands-on experience applying ML/LLMs in production systems.Degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.Familiarity with Agile development.Experience mentoring or leading teams/projects.Apply for this job* indicates a required fieldFull name *Last name *Phone numberEmail address *LinkedIn profile *How did you hear about Kleio *Do you now or will you in the future require immigration sponsorship to work at Kleio? *By clicking the “I Accept” button, you give your consents as described below:Kleio collects your personal data for the purposes of managing Kleio's recruitment related activities as well as for organizational planning purposes globally.Hire our DigitalWorkers with KleioAutomate every step of your outreach process, from finding and researchingprospects to personalizing messages and booking meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
