The ideal candidates will have a strongstrategic sourcing, category management, and procurement transformation backgroundandproven ability to lead client-facing engagements. Please send your resume tojobs@etontechnologies.com Key Responsibilities:Conductstrategic sourcing activities, includingmarket analysis, category strategy development, supplier negotiations, and RFP execution.Develop and executesourcing strategiesthat drive cost savings and process efficiencies.Lead sourcing execution workstreams, working directly withclientsto guide procurement best practices.Analyze supplier proposals and make strategic recommendations to optimize value.Collaborate cross-functionally to supportprocurement transformation initiatives.Ability to identify, evaluate and prioritize cost transformation opportunities through in-depth spend analysis.Deep Experience in cleansing, classification/categorization, and presentation of a spend analysis.Understanding of the UNSPC/eClass/NIGP/SIC among other classification schemas.Conduct category-specific secondary market research to come up with strong recommendations.Developing and/or customizing RFX templates and pricing worksheets.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsQualifications:Sr. Consultant:Minimum3+ yearsof experience in strategic sourcing.Prior experience inmanagement consultingor procurement transformation.Must have worked with some North American/European customers in the past.Strong consulting experience, ideally fromBig 4, Accenture, or a specialized sourcing firm.Experience working directly withclientsand leading sourcing execution workstreams.Expertise in RFP development, supplier negotiations, and contract management.Strong analytical and communication skills.Excellent team playerThe role requires working from 4:00PM IST to 1:00 AM IST.If you are astrategic thinker with strong consulting experience in procurement and sourcing, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
