About The Team Fitch’s European Structured Finance team maintains existing ratings and assigns ratings to new structured finance transactions. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join this team. Key Responsibilities Implement default, recovery, and cash flow modeling. Review transaction legal documents. Conduct on‑site reviews of underwriting servicing of transaction originators and CLO managers. Prepare rating proposals for presentation to internal rating committees. Communicate rating rationale to investors and other market participants through pre‑sale reports, presentations, and meetings. Engage with transaction arrangers and originators to understand asset characteristics and structural features. Assist in the development of criteria and supporting research. Qualifications Prior experience in finance; highly motivated candidates are preferred. Knowledge of securitisation structures, especially CLOs, is beneficial. Numerate and analytical; advanced Excel skills. Ability to review and analyse legal contracts from a credit risk perspective (no legal background required).
