Job Description As a Software Engineer, you will join the Software Factory and will report directly to Giovanni (Tech Lead). You will have the opportunity to implement the features specified by the squad while adhering to the highest quality standards. Develop skills in software craftsmanship practices. Work on both backend (80%) and frontend (20%) aspects. Enhance our testing pyramid. Provide technical expertise to support our support team. Contribute to the team dynamics by learning and sharing knowledge. Possibility of being on call. Technologies you will use Core backend: PHP 8.2 / MariaDB DevOps tools: Docker / Elastic Stack / RabbitMQ / OpenShift Desired Profile Education: Master’s degree from a top‑tier business or engineering school. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a fintech as a Software Engineer. Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player. You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale‑ups.
