You’ll strongly contribute to our Value Chain Digitalization strategy and drive initiatives / projects accordingly. You’ll be based at our global headquarter in Baden, Switzerland and report to the Head of Manufacturing Technology and Investments.With the full standardization of digitally assisted manufacturing processes and an in-house interface to fully automated cells we laid the foundation to become a digital factory. With your high level of motivation, your digital expertise as well as your proven programming and analytical skills, you will play a key role in bringing our company a big step forward towards industry 4.0 and with that generate significant business value to further increase our competitiveness. You will be part of the business unit Supply & Value Chain Excellence.Your responsibilities:Extend our digital backbone from supplier to delivery to scale digitalization in our Value ChainTranslate business needs into IT language and implement them in interdisciplinary teams, make solutions visible to the companyPrioritize business needs by estimating the added valueOptimization of our value chain in the area of process automatization, digitalization, and operational excellence to improve safety, quality, OTD and costs, based on our digital strategic initiativesDrive and implement technological innovation i.e. digital solutions in our process and system landscape, according to our digital strategic initiativesDevelop technology standards in our factory and beyond (from supplier to delivery)Drive with all your activities the digital change in AccelleronDeveloping in-depth understanding of our value chain processes, to find innovative solutions to complex questionsYour background:Degree in a relevant engineering, IT, or data science discipline, combined with a profound understanding of digitalizationProven programming skills, as well as outstanding analytical and conceptual skillsExperience in the area of digitalization of processes in production, logistics, supply chain, maintenance and qualityExperience with system architectures and interface conceptionExperience in the machine industry as an assetEntrepreneurial spirit at the core and intrinsic wish to drive digital changeStrong interest in problem solving and interdisciplinary teamworkSolution oriented, autonomous, and proactive working style.
