You will report to the Head of Equity listing Execution and will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Equity admission team. seeking a results-driven Equity Admission Intern to join our * Prepare and attend kick-off meetings with the management of companies considering an admission on Euronext markets (C-level)* Assess companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on an Euronext market and execute the transaction under the supervision of the Equity admission managers (legal and compliance due diligence, analysis of the financial situation, analysis of the business model, identification of risks/mitigation, analysis of the transaction structure, validation of the post-trade aspects, etc.)* It also includes project management, preparation of presentations and regular reports to the Management.* Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.* Good understanding of Equity Capital Markets (ECM).* Rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented, with a strong team spirit.* Excellent analytical and drafting skills.* Creative problem-solving abilities.* Fluent in French and English; proficiency in other Euronext languages is a plus.* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, including senior executives, both orally and in writing.* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
