Overview Join Naboo as a Senior Product Designer – B2B SaaS. Naboo is scaling fast, recently secured €20M Series B, and is expanding from France to US & UK markets. The Product Team focuses on turning complex B2B workflows into simple, delightful experiences. Mission Reporting to the Lead Product Designer, you will work within a cross‑functional Squad (PM + Tech + Design). You will own the entire design lifecycle of your vertical: from deep user discovery to high‑fidelity UI delivery. Your impact will be solving complex business problems through design. Key Challenges (12‑18 months) Simplify complexity: hide quotes, invoices, multi‑currency payments, and logistics behind an intuitive interface. US standard UI: deliver pixel‑perfect, “wow” execution that competes with top US SaaS products. Design system at scale: maintain and evolve the Design System across Web & mobile products. Main Responsibilities User discovery & UX strategy: partner with PM to conduct user interviews, analyze data, map flows, and wireframes. High‑fidelity UI craft: produce stunning, accessible interfaces in Figma, prototype interactions, and ensure designs are feasible. Shape Up delivery: work in 6‑week cycles, collaborate daily with engineers, perform design QA, and document handoffs. Design system & ops: contribute to the component library, evangelize design culture, and keep files clean. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or complex web applications. Portfolio: walk us through real case studies that solve complex problems; show “why” and “how.” Figma: master auto‑layout, variables, and prototyping; keep files clean. Tech‑savvy: understand HTML/CSS constraints and feasibility. English: excellent written and verbal communication. Bonus: experience with Shape Up or similar agile frameworks. Hiring Process Screening call with the CPO (30 min) – align on expectations and vision. Portfolio review with the Product Design Team (90 min) – deep dive into a significant professional project you led; no take‑home exercise. Culture fit interview with co‑founders (60 min) – discuss values, ambition, and team dynamics.
