We are looking for a Data Hubs Lead You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.Your key missionsGlobal Data Team has the mandate to drive data at scale by owning the data tech strategy and providing innovative building blocks for success at Pernod Ricard.By this mandate, Global Data team ensures consistency, efficiency, scalability, and value generation to achieve on its area transformation programs. An armed wing of PR ambition to become a Conviviality Platform.Integrated into the Global Data Team, the Data Hubs Lead will be part of the Data Management & Governance team. She / He will :Be responsible for Data Hubs from the strategy definition to the implementation and internal adoption to bring maximum of value, consistency, scalability, and efficiency to Pernod Ricard.Work closely with Data Hubs sponsors, data stewards / owners and data consumers to make Data Hubs a success and a key foundation for the digital transformation of each business department.Be responsible for making our data common, understandable, trustable, and usable by everyone to allow Pernod Ricard to be a data-driven company.Manage external resources and closely work with stakeholders to boost performance and achieve better results.Role and responsibilitiesYou will initiative strategy and top management awareness :Lead awareness and promotion of Data Hubs initiative to top management & transformation officesImpulse, drive and support business in their Data Hubs initiatives to be more data drivenDefine Data Hubs standards and framework to be common and replication between Data HubsEmbody Data-As-A product and self-service data approach in each Data Hub initiativeLead audit to understand the current situation & business ambition to confirm the value of having a new Data Hub for a specific data domain / data familyYou will lead and / or oversee Data Hubs implementation :Define business & technical specifications to qualify and evaluate data maturity and complexity of implementation of a Data HubSecure technical implementation of Data Hubs capabilities with an agile modeSecure Data Hubs organization once lives in terms of technical run and future evolution considerationSupport IT PM in the decommissioning of superfluous data flows to converge to Data HubsYou will lead communication, define and monitor Data Hubs initiative adoption :Actively and proactively communicate Data Hubs initiatives strategy & roadmap at all levels of the organizationFor each Data Hub, define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) around users' adoption and across affiliatesLead community animation and maintain close relationship Data Hubs stakeholdersDefine adoption program to avoid black box effect of Data HubsYou will federate Data Hubs team, manage external resources and create external network :Secure the organization of Data Hubs teams around products and services and make it evolve according to its roadmapEnsure communication within products & services teamsManage external teams & budgetsMake sure that teams deliver at the right costs, schedule, and qualityDevelop and maintain an external network of peers, consultancies, and editors to keep abreast of market developmentsIf you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to applyYou have a bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree from Engineering / Business School / University, a minimum 7 years of experience in data positions, with a significant experience in data management and / or governance, preferably in an international context.You have a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, influencing style.You have an ability to evolve in a changing environment with “grey” area, you are multi-tasking, ability to prioritizeYou are proactive in solutions building, autonomous & reactiveYou are open-minded, creative, ability to promote diversity and identify diverse talents.You are fluent in English and FrenchTools & technologies & certification :DAMA certification is a plusMaster Data Management tools : Semarchy is a plusData Governance tools : Data catalog, business glossary, data dictionnaryData Quality tools : DQM, data matching, data profiling, data lineageData Viz Solutions : PowerBI is a plusData tools (understanding) : Storage (AWS, Snowflake), processing (Python / R)PM & support : JIRA projects & service desk, Trello, Confluence, Remedy Force, AsgardJob Posting End Date :Target Hire Date :2023-02-13-08 : 00Target End Date : #J-18808-Ljbffr
