OverviewWhat\'s the role? As a Data Scientist in Hilti Strategic Marketing’s AI Accelerator, you will play a pivotal role in developing impactful AI solutions. You will be responsible for data cleaning, building data science models, evaluating results, and providing actionable insights and improvements. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Data Scientists, Developers, business stakeholders and senior leadership. At Hilti, careers are made real by empowering you to explore the possibilities, maximize your potential, own your development, and create meaningful impact every day.ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Solution Design: Analyze business data and design appropriate Data Science solutions leveraging machine learning models and statistical tools.Business and Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and analyze business and customer needs that drive impact on digital net sales, productivity and customer experience.Collaboration: Work closely with other Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and stakeholders to create innovative Data Science solutions for business problems.AI innovation: Design, develop and integrate ML, Data Science and GenAI solutions to our business problems in an independent and agile way.Support and Methodology: Provide hands-on support to global cross-functional journey teams in journey refinements and methodology, including journey mapping and documentation.Drive AI adoption: As an ambassador and driver of AI adoption across marketing and sales in Hilti, you will challenge the status quo not only in Strategic Marketing, but across global operations.
