Strengthened by an innovative mindset inherited from our early days, we are preparing to grow into an ambitious industrial company. We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer at our Massy site. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Exotrail’s products and services throughout their entire lifecycle — from design and procurement to manufacturing, delivery, and customer support. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes, coordinating quality control activities, audits, and product certifications to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Working closely with design, production, and procurement teams, you will help identify and resolve potential defects, while driving continuous improvement in both processes and product quality. Responsibilities Oversee the qualification of suppliers, materials, components, and manufacturing processes to meet quality standards. Validate prototypes and pilot series before production launch, ensuring continued compliance throughout the lifecycle. Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain consistent product quality and operational efficiency. Lead the management of non‑conformities, driving root cause analysis and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. Supervise the execution of control plans and ensure full traceability and completeness of quality documentation. Identify recurring quality issues and lead targeted continuous improvement initiatives across product lines. Champion a strong quality culture and promote best practices across engineering, production, and supply chain teams. Manage customer complaints related to product quality and ensure fast, effective resolution with long‑term preventive measures. Preferred Experience We are looking for a candidate with significant experience (10 years) in industrial projects, ideally in the space or aeronautic sector. You should be autonomous, proactive, and capable of driving security initiatives across the organization. Technical Stack English level: professional competence for both speaking and writing. Knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001/EN 9100 is a plus. Knowledge of recognized space standards (e.g. ECSS, MIL) is a plus. High motivation for constructive and solution‑oriented way of working in a team. Very good soft and presentation skills (presentations, technical documentation, assumptions, oral presentation). Able to work with a great autonomy.
