Job DescriptionYou will join the Investment Banking team within the credit risk management department as a credit analyst specializing in LBO transactions. You will play a key role in the independent analysis of new LBO transactions implemented by Natixis and ensure their monitoring throughout the duration of the financing.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the smooth execution of credit granting and renewal processes;Conducting independent analyses of files, both for granting and for ad hoc requests and credit line renewals;Engaging in constructive and critical discussions with teams on various aspects and results of your analysis, defending your position on the files through open discussions and appropriate explanations;Presenting your recommendations to a credit risk delegate or during the presentation of files to credit committees on behalf of the business as a representative of the risk management department;Closely monitoring the portfolio and informing management of any significant deterioration in credit risk, activating a Watch List if necessary.You will also participate in cross-functional projects as a representative of the credit risk management department.You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything it does.#TransformativeFinanceThis position is based in Paris with the possibility of remote work.As a Top Employer, we place our employees at the center of our attention.
