As a Senior Product Designer, you'll define solutions that allow finance teams to experience consumer grade UX in their day to day lives. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Design Curiosity for people’s problems, and a drive to figure out best-in-class solutions for them Track record of shipping high‑impact product work in B2B or complex workflows Ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping (we use Figma) A portfolio that clearly explains context, constraints, your decisions, and impact You adhere to our operating principles What you’ll do Lead end-to-end design projects, work closely with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Plan and run user research and usability tests Own our design system to ensure efficient delivery of new features Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction Collaborate with Marketing on our brand design, ensuring our app and communications feel coherent What we offer Interesting, challenging and impactful work A small, talent‑dense team International exposure with teammates & customers around the world Competitive salary and equity Meal vouchers Work from our Paris office located near Bourse Regular team events and off-sites Hiring process Screening call with JM (Product Director) Home assignment Home assignment debrief Meet the team Final interview with Alex (CEO) Reference check #J-18808-Ljbffr
