OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and creative B2B Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing initiatives targeted at brands, distributors, agencies, and creators who use TikTok Shop as a sales channel. The role reports to the EU Marketing Lead and focuses on Germany, France, Italy, and Spain, with the option to be based in any of these countries. Operations follow an RTO5 model, supporting offices in Madrid, Milan, Paris, and Munich. Responsibilities Support European In‑Country teams to recruit high‑value sellers and creators through sales‑enablement content, partnerships with third parties and internal stakeholders, including trainings, webinars, and publications. Develop narrative diffusion materials; create toolkits, onboarding assets, case studies, and content that empower merchants and agencies to scale on TikTok Shop, while building LinkedIn and B2B TikTok strategy. Build industry and community positioning by coordinating online and offline B2B lead‑generation events across Europe with local teams and agencies, strategically selecting and prioritizing events within a frugal mindset. Track performance metrics—gross leads, impressions, reach, CPM channel performance—analyze data and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate cross‑functionally with local teams, marketing POCs, and communications to align merchant messaging, showcases, and other strategic inputs. Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years in B2B marketing, ideally on platform‑side e‑commerce, digital marketplaces, or social commerce. Strong understanding of TikTok, creator ecosystems, and online retail trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives. Fluent in multiple European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) for collaboration across regions. A creative and analytical mindset with a proven track record in data‑driven achievements. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience building acquisition funnels, growth campaigns, and partner programs. Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, flexibility, and the capacity to manage complexity. High attention to detail while maintaining a pragmatic solution‑orientation.
