Key Responsibilities Act as the single focal point for all project status information, activities, coordination, scheduling, risk management and issues resolution. Create, monitor and update all program documentation to include program management plan, contract and technical performance reports, risk management plans, and transition documentation. Provide timely and accurate reporting of programmatic and technical information to project teams and others. Conduct various program management reviews and briefings to senior level stakeholders. Generate and maintain the necessary programmatic metrics to include cost, schedule, technical, operation and quality. Ensure systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements. Manage resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer requirements. Manage the relationship with the customer and relevant stakeholders. Work Environment Location: Chantilly, VA Travel Requirements: Minimal Working Hours: Standard Qualifications Required: Security Clearance: TS/SCI ++ Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, preferably in technical area Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a Program or Project Manager Experience working with software developers, test engineers, system engineers, system administrators, cloud engineers, and system integrators Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels. Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience with cloud-based projects and technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS) Experience using tracking systems for issues and problems such as JIRA Ready to Make a Difference?
