You are hands-on, proactive and passionate about both people and visual storytelling.Your main responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and developing the store teamRecruiting and training new staffScheduling, follow-up on sales figures and budget responsibilityEnsuring a visually appealing store aligned with our concept and valuesCollaborating closely with our Stockholm-based HQ to implement campaigns and initiativesSkills & RequirementsWe’re looking for someone who:Has proven experience in retail management with staff responsibility, preferably in fashion or lifestyleSpeaks fluent French and English (Swedish is a plus)Is results-driven, structured and has excellent customer service skillsHas a creative eye for color, display and visual merchandisingShares our values of sustainability, inclusivity and qualityWe offer:A key role in establishing our brand in FranceThe chance to build and lead your own store team from the ground upA meaningful, values-driven workplace with a strong design identityClose collaboration with our team in SwedenFull-time permanent employment with competitive salaryApplicationDoes this sound like your next adventure?
