Join us in shaping the future of recycling and closing the loop on carbon fiber.Your role is to accelerate and optimize the development of our future customer products while meeting quality, cost, timeline, and performance requirements. At the heart of innovation, you will be responsible for transforming customer needs into industrialized products, ready for mass production. By working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will define processes, milestones, and key actions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and help us achieve our growth objectives. Your ResponsibilitiesAccelerate and secure product industrializationIndustrialize the 6 ongoing projects to ensure their timely production launchPrepare the industrialization of the next 6 products for a Q1 2026 launchEstablish a consolidated project schedule and track key milestonesIdentify bottlenecks and drive problem-solving actions (particularly in Asia)Monitor supply, capacity, and quality risks in coordination with field teamsSupport business performanceEnsure customer deliveries in terms of quality, cost, and timelinesIntegrate customer requirements from the project phase onward (quality assurance, processes for integrating our technologies into customer products)Support the Sales team by clarifying technical responsibilities between Fairmat, OEMs, and customers when necessaryManage a team of program managersManage a team of 5 to 8 Program ManagersOrganize the project portfolio: up to 5 development projects + 10 lead projects per PMMonitor team activities on a weekly basis, ensuring the practicality of solutions proposed by team membersStructure team rituals and foster skills development Profile SoughtExperience managing large-scale industrial projects in a ramp-up and scalability contextSkilled at leading projects transversally with strong customer relationship skillsExpertise in the design of complex material-based productsMore than 8 years of experience in the design of sports productsFluent in English Additional InformationLocation: ParisTravel between Nantes and Paris (2 to 3 times per month) and to AsiaPermanent contract (CDI), occasional remote work allowedWorking at Fairmat is a meaningful job, committed to a sustainable future; challenges linked to ambitions and internationalization; strong human culture based on health and fair remunerationValues: Transparency, Determination, Pragmatism, Commitment Fairmat is committed to diversity and inclusion and equal opportunities within our teams.
