We are further investing and improving our data capture and data visualisation, which is why we are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager with relevant experience in Data Analytics and Event Tracking.In this role, you will work together with a cross-functional team of Data Engineers and Full Stack Engineers that will investigate, develop, and maintain data capture and visualisation tooling across our entire product and business, suited for internal usage.You will join an agile organisation of 20 teams who work together on a common mission to build a reliable marketplace where tradespeople find quality jobs and homeowners hire quality tradespeople.Your role includes the following:Responsible for the vision and roadmap for data capturing and visualisation tooling to support business goalsConduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities within data capture and data visualisationBe accountable for defining and achieving specific product outcomesWorking together with other teams on opportunities, evangelising for data capture and tracking, and actively promoting our data visualisation tools. It’s your job to make sure others use data and follow the evidenceLead the ideation, definition, and develop detailed product requirements & translate into user stories for implementation by (data) engineeringBuild business cases for new features and feature enhancements by collaborating with product leadership, engineering, sales, finance, data science, and operations groupsDefine and track key product performance metrics. Analyse data to gain insights into tracking coverage and data tool usage, using this information to guide future improvements to our data toolsManage escalations, investigate issues and prioritise fixes4+ years of experience as Product Manager in a data related fieldExperience leading and managing the setup of multiple data tools and aligning with internal stakeholders on their use cases for these toolsDeep interest in data, business insights and customer journeysEffective communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environmentStrong organisation and management skills to manage multiple concurrent activitiesExperience using SQL and data (visualisation) tools, preferably Looker and MixpanelExperience with event tracking and data capturing, preferably with SnowplowExperience with marketplaces would be very beneficialWhy you’ll enjoy working at the Instapro GroupYou can make an Impact.
