We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutionsADVISE : We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalizationIMPLEMENT : As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)RUN : Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcingYOUR MISSIONSWorking closely with client business teams, you as a Workday Finance Consultant will lead functional areas, drive the scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.Work on Workday Financial deployments in various rolesWork on Workday AMSConduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and / or alternative solutions to meet client goals,Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations,Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday,Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party / custom solutions,Share knowledge, support, and mentor new Team Members,Support the sales activities and business development.Completing and maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap.Keeping up to date with industry practices and the ability to engage with our customers on those topics.YOUR PROFILEExperience working with at least one or more modules in Workday - Financial Management, Expenses and / or Procurement (essential)3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,Experience in implementing various functional areas including : R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas, preferably Record to Report (R2R)Experience in process design and improvementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French and in English.Experience in data management, administration and system configurationGrowth mindsetWHAT WE OFFERA stimulating work environment at the heart of an entrepreneurial and international cultureA transversal approach to our activities, which encourages teamwork and excellenceNumerous opportunities for advancement (horizontal, vertical and international mobility)Annual salary increases on the anniversary date to reward performanceMultiple training opportunities (internal university, certifications)Certified Happy at Work, we offer a good life balance with telecommuting possibilitiesA friendly work environment (quarterly team activities, annual international seminar)See you soon at HR Path #J-18808-Ljbffr
