The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, complex front office support environment, combining technical expertise with financial knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for front office market access applications.Quickly diagnose and resolve issues affecting the production environment.Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance application performance and reliability.Participate in developing and implementing new system requirements.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.Monitor and optimize system performance continuously.Document technical issues and maintain logs for future reference.Educational and Professional RequirementsDegree in finance, computer science, or related field.Proven experience in production support within a front office environment, preferably with market access exposure.Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of financial products and markets.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management.Experience with Unix/Linux systems.Highly analytical with the ability to perform under pressure.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business teams.Fluency in English is mandatory.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionConsultingIndustriesInvestment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
