Mission Syngenia is looking for a HSE Officer / HSE Engineer – HSE Documentation & Back-office Support for one of its clients located on the ITER project site in Saint-Paul-lez-Durance. The position is part of a complex, international industrial construction environment. Mission Manage, update, and archive all HSE documentation (PPSPS, procedures, registers, work permits, reports). Provide daily back-office and administrative support to the Site HSE Supervisor. Prepare and consolidate monthly HSE reports (health, safety, environment) using TB13 templates. Track deviations, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions, including through the JIRA system. Ensure documentary follow-up of observations raised by ITER EHS representatives (Apave, Engage). Participate in HSE meetings in support of the Site HSE Supervisor, with a focus on reporting and documentation. Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE, safety, environmental engineering, or equivalent. Proven experience on industrial or complex construction sites (minimum 2 years required). Comfortable with HSE documentation management and reporting activities. Ability to work in a structured, international project environment. Professional English mandatory (written and spoken).
