Join Nio Robotics' vision of next‑gen robotics: Lead Validation Engineer Wanted Seniority & profile: 7 to 15 years of professional experience in complex system validation, Strong expertise in hardware / firmware / software / system‑level testing, validation, and verification methodologies, Proven track record with stress tests, endurance testing, and performance characterization, Good understanding of embedded systems, communication protocols, motor control, battery systems, and robotics environments (IP67, ATEX, radiations, vibration, etc.), Experience leading test planning, requirement tracking, and automated test infrastructure, Hands‑on mindset: from writing test cases to pushing prototypes to their limits, And above all: a passion for uncovering the unexpected until every hidden behavior is revealed and understood. What you would work on The validation team focuses exclusively on validation and testing, exploring Aru’s boundaries and ensuring QA before deployment.
