Responsabilités Rédiger des procédures internes, des lignes directrices réglementaires et des politiques d'allocation de fonds. Préparer des supports de communication interne, des rapports d'activité liés à la conformité et des documents de support conformité pour l'équipe Relations Investisseurs. Gérer l'onboarding des distributeurs ainsi que les revues annuelles de conformité. Veiller à la conformité continue des supports marketing destinés aux investisseurs. Contribuer aux activités de contrôle interne afin de vérifier le respect des réglementations applicables et des normes internes. Préparer les réponses aux demandes d'informations ou de documents émanant de l'équipe Conformité interne et des autorités de régulation. Profil recherché Diplôme de niveau Licence / Master en droit, finance, gestion ou domaine connexe, avec une spécialisation ou une expérience en conformité ou en gestion des risques. Fort intérêt pour les marchés financiers, la communication investisseurs et la transparence d'entreprise. Capacité à synthétiser des concepts réglementaires complexes de manière claire et concise. Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et orales en anglais et en français. Esprit d'équipe, à l'aise dans un environnement de travail transverse entre les fonctions Relations Investisseurs et Conformité. Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, souci du détail et engagement fort en matière d'éthique professionnelle.
