Job Description Within the IT Global Market & Risks department, you join the Transversal Projects team, which is composed of several people. In this team, we work to facilitate the management of studies and cross‑functional projects, to coordinate and manage business projects involving several IT GMR teams, and to support the implementation of the program "Scale UP / Strategic plan of the IT department" within IT GMR teams. On a daily basis, your tasks are to : Drive transversal business projects by structuring projects, defining and implementing governance to manage and coordinate teams. Prepare and lead project and steering committees. Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience About you : With a higher education, you have significant experience in managing strategic projects with an IT component in an international environment. You master : The definition and implementation of standards and working methods. The management of several subjects in parallel, their understanding and evolution. Active listening and the ability to integrate and unite teams. Global Markets products and FO/BO/Compta Risks processes. Change management, with mastery of the approach. You master English with a common level. You are : Endowed with intellectual curiosity and an ability to challenge ideas. Recognized for your relational ease and good team spirit.
