Overview About the role. Start date: from October 2025. Who we are. Formance is building the next generation of financial infrastructure - open source, developer-first, and designed to power the most ambitious fintech products of tomorrow. Backed by top-tier investors (mainly PayPal), we are a post-Series A company based in the US and France, experiencing strong growth with offices in Paris, New York, and soon London. Our team is growing fast, and we?re looking for a motivated work-study student to help develop our recruitment strategy and strengthen our employer brand. Responsibilities Supporting managers in gathering recruitment needs. Writing and publishing attractive job postings across different channels. Actively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.). Managing the recruitment process end-to-end (screening, early interview stages, follow-up). Contributing to the improvement of the candidate experience. Participating in cross-functional projects (onboarding, employer branding, etc.). Updating and tracking recruitment metrics (pipeline, time-to-hire, diversity). Qualifications Master?s student (HR, business school, or equivalent). Strong interest in recruitment and talent development. Conversational level of English. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Organized, proactive, and a source of new ideas. Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus). Previous recruitment experience (internship, student job) is a plus but not mandatory. Why Join Us?
