Your Role As a Care Expert you will: Serve as the trusted guide for members, providing meaningful solutions and& swift responses. Deliver crystal‑clear, accurate information about the French healthcare system and our B2B partner solutions. Lead projects that drive process excellence, formed around data insights and end‑to‑end implementation. Collaborate with your team to build high‑performing project structures, and shape the future of Care at Alan. Responsibilities 80% of your time is dedicated to providing exceptional member support. 20% focuses on innovative Care projects and process improvement initiatives.Guide and inspire fellow team members and build collaborative project teams.Design member‑empnan empowerment initiatives that boost autonomy and shape product innovations. Qualifications Passion for helping others and a joy in solving member challenges. слож full‑working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken). Comfort with technology and digital tools; able to navigate email, chat, and call‑back channels. Empathy, calm presence, and a proactive, initiative‑driven mindset.
