Senior Network Engineer Specialist Cisco ACI

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer Specialist with solid experience in Cisco ACI to design implement and maintain high-performance network infrastructures. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability security and scalability of complex LAN / WAN environments in an international and dynamic setting. Tasks Design configure and maintain advanced data network infrastructures. Develop test and install network software and hardware. Diagnose and resolve complex incidents using advanced network analysis tools (analyzers sniffers etc.). Draft review and update technical documentation and network specifications. Configure and implement network monitoring and management systems. Implement and monitor network security measures. Plan network capacity and estimate utilization. Analyze existing network software and propose modifications or new solutions in line with best practices. Perform log trace and network dump analysis. Collaborate with service providers and network equipment vendors. Requirements Education Minimum of 4 years of higher education (Masters degree or equivalent) Professional Experience At least 9 years of relevant professional experience preferably in : DNS and IP administration LAN protocols (Spanning Tree Protocol and / or VLAN Trunking) TCP / IP RIP OSPF BGP and / or EIGRP WAN topologies and hardware (MPLS private lines) Network management tools (IXIA NetFlow etc.) Technical Skills Strong knowledge of LAN / WAN principles practices and procedures Proven hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) essential requirement Advanced expertise in firewalls VPNs and load balancers (Cisco Stonegate F5 etc.) Troubleshooting expertise in DNS VLAN IP routing LAN WAN and site-to-site VPNs Strong knowledge of network security monitoring and device management Advanced knowledge of encryption and security protocols (SSL / TLS IPSEC etc.) Proficiency in load balancing firewalls L2 / L3 switches redundancy and IP addressing Experience in installation deployment backup and recovery of network device configurations Certifications (valued) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent IT Service Management / ITIL v3 or ISO / IEC 20000 or equivalent Benefits Location : Strasbourg France Work mode : On-site (34 days in the office 12 days remote depending on project needs) Daily rate : 560 / day Only EU citizens will be considered If you are an experienced network professional with strong Cisco ACI expertise and are looking for your next challenge in an international environment wed love to hear from you.
