It is focused on designing and build our future proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.About the RoleAs part of LEAP, Pernod Ricard’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are looking for a Senior Tech Lead – Record to Decide (R2D) to lead the technical delivery of the SAP Finance & Controlling solution within our global ERP template.This role is responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of the SAP FI and CO modules, including associated interfaces. The Senior Tech Lead manages a team of SAP Tech Experts and oversees the work of internal and external developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.You will act as a key liaison between Business teams, PR Tech, and external consultants (e.g., Accenture) to secure solution consistency, cross-team coordination, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Solution Ownership (FI/CO & Interfaces)Lead the technical delivery of SAP FI and CO modules (e.g., GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, CO-PA).Oversee the design and integration of finance-related interfaces (e.g., Kyriba, Payroll, Polaris, Ivalua).Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and alignment with Pernod Ricard architecture standards and roadmap (e.g., Universal Journal, RPA, ML).Template Integrity & Clean Core AlignmentAct as a guardian of the global template, ensuring consistency and quality across teams and phases.Control the quality of documentation, including technical specifications and configuration records.Ensure that SAP configuration is accurate, consistent, and properly centralized.Engage with SAP and key stakeholders to adhere to the Clean Core strategy, minimizing custom developments and promoting upgrade readiness.Team Management & Delivery OversightManage and develop a team of SAP Tech Experts across R2D (Finance, Controlling, Intercompany, Tax).Supervise the work of internal and external developers, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and risk mitigation.Drive proactive identification of delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers — and ensure corrective actions are taken.Program Delivery & RICEFW GovernanceOversee the full RICEFW lifecycle within the R2D scope (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms & Workflows).Promote SAP standard functionality and validate any proposed deviations.Ensure robust documentation, traceability, and technical testing across developments.Coordination with PR Tech & External ConsultantsAct as the key technical point of contact for PR Tech teams on application remediation and interface readiness.Work closely with external consultants (e.g., Accenture) on day-to-day coordination, delivery planning, and integration tasks.Align internal and external resources, ensuring ownership and follow-through across technical activities.Pilot Rollouts & Localisation SupportLead technical preparation for pilot countries, including FIT-GAP validation, localisation handling, and deployment coordination.Consolidate feedback and lessons learned from pilots to improve template robustness.Supervise go-live readiness including data migration, interface cutover, and support handover.Testing & Cutover GovernanceOversee SIT, end-to-end, and UAT test execution across the R2D technical stream.Ensure regression coverage and readiness checks before go-lives.Support early life issue resolution and root cause analysis.Program Leadership & Cross-Stream CoordinationLead capacity planning and task allocation within the R2D technical team.Maintain effective coordination with Business teams, architects, and cross-stream leaders.Drive alignment with other Tech domains (e.g., Master Data, Treasury, Tax).Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and key decisions to the R2D Business Lead and Program Tech Lead.Your Profile10+ years of experience delivering SAP Finance & Controlling solutions, ideally in global or multi-country programs.Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO (GL, AP/AR, AA, CCA, CO-PA, Product Costing).Proven track record managing SAP developments and working with both internal teams and external consulting partners.Experience with RICEFW governance, interface design, and system integration.Familiarity with S/4HANA innovations (e.g., Universal Journal, ACDOCA, RPA, ML).Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry is a strong asset.Wait, there’s more… We offer you an outstanding and collaborative workplace that embodies our sharing & conviviality culture, the possibility to work from home (2 days a week), a very complete mutual insurance, an attractive compensation including profit-sharing, the possibility to train daily, employee events… Pernod Ricard is committed to offering equal opportunities to all talents.
