In this pivotal role, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product aimed at solving complex customer challenges. Accountabilities Support the long‑term vision and strategy for the product portfolio in alignment with company objectives. Lead strategic initiatives, including market expansion and platform innovation. Anticipate market trends and identify disruptive opportunities for competitive advantage. Manage the development and execution of multiple product roadmaps across teams. Ensure portfolio alignment with organizational goals, balancing short‑term gains with long‑term growth. Monitor product development for compliance with federal certifications and contract requirements. Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Act as the ultimate decision‑maker for trade‑offs, balancing business needs with customer expectations. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and industry trends. Establish and refine metrics to measure product performance and business impact. Present product strategies and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a principal or equivalent leadership role. Proven experience building and managing SaaS products in the U.S. federal technology marketplace. Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level Authorization process. Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes. Expertise in product management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and OKRs. Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Tableau and SQL. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders. Deep passion for innovation and commitment to delivering world‑class customer experiences. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
