Stage/Alternance Trading Application Support Specialist - Finance de Marché Join to apply for the Stage/Alternance Trading Application Support Specialist - Finance de Marché role at Horizon Trading Solutions. You will be part of a 6‑person team in Paris, responsible for deploying and supporting our trading solutions for brokers, investment banks, and stock exchanges. About Horizon Trading Solutions A fintech specializing in a platform that facilitates various onboard trading activities (Market Making, Algo Trading, Order & Execution Management). Deployable on‑premises or in SaaS, using cutting‑edge technology. Ambitious product roadmap: Machine Learning, AI, Cryptocurrency, Low Latency. Responsibilities Establish direct contact with customers throughout the incident resolution process and ensure proper use of the software. Analyze incidents and determine criticality level using provided processes and tools. Take ownership of customer requests until resolution or escalation, providing workaround solutions when needed. Deploy and install our solutions or new features on client sites and train users. Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Engineering on client expectations. Specifics for an Internship The support team typically handles real‑time pricing software for major clients, often hosted by Horizon. When clients host their own platforms, the support must gather technical details necessary for defect analysis. Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills; fluent in English (oral and written). Basic knowledge of Linux OS, systems administration, object‑oriented languages, and SDLC is a plus.
