Au sein de l’équipe, vous serez en charge de dossiers réglementaires à forts enjeux relatifs à la gestion d’actifs, en lien notamment avec l’Union pour l’épargne et l’investissement et la finance durable. Vous aurez pour responsabilités de :développer et promouvoir les positions de l’AMF ;répondre aux consultations publiques organisées par la Commission Européenne ;participer à l’analyse des propositions législatives européennes, et contribuerà l’élaboration des positions françaises sur ces propositions ;assurer la représentation de l’AMF au sein de groupes de travail nationaux et internationaux ;collaborer avec le Trésor et les autres parties prenantes françaises dont les associations professionnelles ;assurer un dialogue constant et une coopération étroite avec la Direction de la gestion d’actifs de l’AMF ainsi que les autres directions / divisions de l’AMF impliquées sur les questions relatives aux sociétés de gestion et placement collectifs ;préparer des études, notes d’analyses, supports de communication et formations portant sur les actions et positions de l’AMF ;rédiger des notes à l’attention du Collège ou des organes de direction de l’AMF.Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (université, grande école d’ingénieur ou de commerce), vous avez acquis une expérience solide d’au moins 5 ans dans le secteur financier (opérationnel, droit, réglementation). Vous avez développé une expertise sur un ou plusieurs domaines de la réglementation de la gestion d’actifs, grâce à l’exercice de fonctions opérationnelles ou réglementaires au sein d’une société de gestion de portefeuille, dépositaire, d’un cabinet de conseil / d’avocats, d’une autorité de régulation ou association professionnelle.Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités / compétences suivantes :capacité à travailler en équipe / en mode projet ou transversal et en autonomie ;excellent esprit de synthèse et d’analyse, capacités rédactionnellestrès bonne communication ;excellent niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral), aptitude à travailler à l’international et à évoluer dans des contextes multiculturels.Conformément à la règlementation, tous nos postes sont ouverts au recrutement de travailleurs handicapés.Poste en CDI, basé place de la Bourse (Paris 2ème), avec télétravail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
