OverviewPayroll Partner (France - Remote) at Veralto.In this role, you will be a key member of the wider HR team, supporting the business growth through talent and organizational effectiveness, while delivering compelling experiences for associates, leaders and HR colleagues.As part of Veralto’s HR Services team, the position is located in France and remote.Veralto is a global leader focused on safeguarding the world’s vital resources and enabling a safer, cleaner, more sustainable future through its family of companies.ResponsibilitiesSupported by Standard Work, manage an assigned caseload for Tier 1 requests, including responding to payroll inquiries and supporting transactional execution on payroll-related processes, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met.Serve as the point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, with a focus on France, while providing support to other countries as needed.Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate and input payroll data and ensure timely salary payments in compliance with applicable statutory and collective regulations, in cooperation with payroll providers.Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements.Interact with HR and finance during monthly payroll activities by updating related HRIS and communicating hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes in a timely and accurate manner.Provide Legal and Regulatory Compliance support: assist internal and external audits, including SOX, and ensure internal controls are in place.Handle correspondence with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities.Process supplementary insurance and pension plans.Prepare payroll reporting, including regular reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile accounts with the financial accounting department, and assist with year-end financial statements.Essential requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll execution experience.Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France (additional country knowledge welcomed).Experience working within multicultural, international teams, including collaboration with Finance and HR business partners.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership).Problem solving and results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of additional European languages welcomed.Knowledge of HRIS (preferably Workday) and MS Office, especially Excel.Veralto is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, and operates globally with a focus on safeguarding the world’s vital resources.
