You will align cross-functional teams and ensure we meet our banking license requirements on time. You will work directly with Frédéric and Marco, leading the credit transformation program, and have regular contacts with C-levels & Founders on this strategic initiative.As a Senior PMO - Credit Transformation at Qonto, you willTake ownership of selected in-flight streams, secure a rapid handover, and stabilise delivery plans, risks, and owners without losing momentum.Align milestones and dependencies across streams, protect the critical path, and lock readiness/go‑no‑go criteria.Orchestrate cross-team execution: set clear interfaces, synchronise work between Risk, Compliance, Finance, IT/Security, Ops, Data, and Internal Control, and resolve inter-stream blockers.Strengthen collaboration and accountability: strengthen effective ceremonies (stand-ups, syncs, SteerCo), clarify RACI, drive decisions, and ensure follow-through on actions.Tighten requirements-to-evidence traceability across assigned streams and enforce quality gates to secure policies, procedures, L1/L2 controls, tooling, and proofs of effectiveness.Provide executive cadence and escalation: concise weekly status, readiness KPIs/KRIs, decision log, and fast remediation plans to keep the program on track.What You Can ExpectHigh-stakes regulatory program: Direct exposure to C-levels & Founders on Qonto's transition from payment institution to licensed bank.Multi-stream coordination: 15+ parallel streams across Risk, Compliance, Finance, IT, Operations, Data, and Internal Control with tight regulatory deadlines.Structured execution: We value rigorous project management, clear documentation, and organised delivery. Quality and traceability matter.Consulting rigour meets fintech speed: Structured PMO methodologies combined with the agility of a fast-growing scale-up.About Your Future ManagersFrédéric brings extensive banking expertise and will provide strategic direction while empowering you to lead treasury operational execution and your team management.About YouBanking & regulatory background: Experience with credit risk frameworks, regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, Basel III/CRR), and banking license transitions or regulatory projects.Multi-stream PMO experience: Track record managing multiple workstreams, coordinating dependencies, protecting critical paths, and stabilising in-flight projects.Cross-functional coordination: Orchestrating diverse teams (Risk, Compliance, Finance, IT, Operations) and resolving blockers across organisational boundaries.Governance & quality: Design program governance, establish RACI, run SteerCo meetings, and enforce quality gates and traceability for regulatory deliverables.Executive communication: Comfortable reporting to C-level, synthesising complex information into concise status reports.
