TBWA/Media Arts Lab is the global network dedicated to Apple advertising. Founded on the premise of "media ideas, artfully told," the agency has been the sole creative partner for Apple for over four decades, operating eight hub offices worldwide and managing work in 20+ markets. Position Senior Art Director / Associate Creative Director (Japanese market) Responsibilities Lead Apple projects from concept to final deliverable across all media platforms. Localise global campaigns and originate original content specifically for the Japanese market. Collaborate with a diverse, international team in a fast‑paced environment. Provide creative direction that creates cultural impact and achieves award recognition. Qualifications Native Japanese speaker with exceptional conceptual, art‑direction, and design skills. Approximately 10 years of senior‑level experience in advertising. Strong ability to manage projects independently from concept through execution. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adaptable to new challenges. English fluency is a plus, not required.
