Equipment Engineer / System Owner- Pharma - Paris - 12-Month ContractOur client, aglobal (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for aEquipment Engineer / System Owner to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming french location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture ofBiologics.Responsibilities and Requirements :You will be responsible for the availability, reliability and performance of site vision systems including maintenance, calibration, spare parts and general asset managementThe System Owner will also be responsible for equipment projects, continuous improvement, investigations, development of new technologies and commercial manufacturing supportYou will have knowledge and proficiency in the use of statistical analysis tools, continuous improvement methodologiesCIP – SIP and COP – SOP SystemsFormulation SystemsMonitoring of day to day performance of their assigned system(s)Measuring and maximising the uptime of their systemPerformance analysis of key attributes of their systems and equipment to identify and proactively manage / improve performance trendsEnsuring the preventive maintenance program for their system is successfully developed and implemented in a safe mannerEnsuring that a critical spare parts list for their system is identified and appropriate levels of spares are maintainedThe definition and scoping of all process improvement activities relating to the systemAnticipating, solving or escalating problems as appropriateAll design reviews associated with equipment purchasesRisk assessments and mitigation projects relating to system performanceIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now#LI-IB1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
