Workshop Manager (Ceramicist) Location: Vallauris, FranceStart Date: March 1st 2026Contract: Permanent (CDI) DI VINCENZO POUJOULA is looking for a passionate and experienced ceramicist to take on the role of Workshop Manager, supporting the studio’s growth in 2026 and accompanying its development in France and abroad. About the Role As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of ceramic production, ensuring quality, organization, and consistency across all stages of creation. You will work in close collaboration with the artists Fausto Gill Di Vincenzo and Claire Poujoula, and play a key role in transmitting know‑how within the workshop. Main Responsibilities Supervise and organize all aspects of ceramic production Manage and mentor apprentices and assistants Coordinate workflows, planning, technical processes, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and quality control Actively contribute to the studio’s artistic and strategic development Profile Sought Experienced ceramicist Passion for craftsmanship, transmission, and collaborative work Committed to excellence Comfortable working in an evolving, human‑centric and international environment Diversity & Inclusion We welcome applications from all nationalities and backgrounds.
