Location: CMA CGM Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France THE ROLE : Within the IT Shipping Customer department (Domain "Booking & Documentation"), the Functional Expert will work closely with Business Product Owners (CMA CGM). They will also collaborate with IT counterparts (Applicative domain members, Architecture, Development Partner) and potentially other IT Shipping domains. RESPONSIBILITIES : Capture and qualify business requirements from Business Units/POs and produce detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD). Review product backlog with Product Owners, collect priorities, and contribute to framing phases. Validate design documents submitted by IT teams in accordance with Product Owner guidelines. Set up and support User Acceptance Testing organization and provide required support to business testers. Communicate delivery progress to business teams. Maintain transversal functional consistency across the Group’s Information System. WHAT YOU WILL DO : Develop a strong and close relationship with Business Units and IT teams. Translate accurate business requests from Business Units into a common and understandable language for IT teams. Ensure deliveries correspond to the business requests expressed. Coordinate activities between various IT contributors to deliver on schedule. Provide functional support for technical specifications or developments. Test partner deliveries. Provide regular, timely, effective and efficient reporting to IT management. Participate in establishing governance, best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these responsibilities. Apply CMA CGM methods & processes. QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s degree. Professional English fluency; French is a plus. Experience in the Shipping industry, on Business and/or IT side. Knowledge of Shipping Booking & Documentation processes is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills. Autonomy, reactivity & pro‑activity. Analytical capacity, ability to detail and synthesize. Ability to manage priorities and progress of several subjects in parallel. Quick adaptability to improve skills across various functional areas. Technical skills: SQL, API (Swagger, etc.). IT‑mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
