Company DescriptionPlay as a team, Race for excellence and Get creative At Ubisoft Ivory Tower, we are driven by these values every day since 2007 Join our team at Ivory Tower to work on The Crew Motorfest as Data Lead (M/NB/W).Job DescriptionAt the heart of the project’s strategic challenges, you will handle the vision of the Data team, guide its impact within the studio, and contribute to fostering a strong data culture locally, turning it into a true creative and decision‑making driver.Main ResponsibilitiesManagement & organization: Lead the team (Data Analyst and Data Scientist), distribute workload, ensure team well‑being, and support talent developmentInternal recommendations: Collaborate with various stakeholders (Management, User Research, Design, Production, etc.) to analyze gameplay mechanics and collected data. Deliver tailored recommendations and effectively communicate insights by translating analyses into clear, actionable takeaways to support creative and strategic decisionsVision & strategy: Define and champion the vision of the Data team, in line with the studio’s and the market’s prioritiesCollaboration & outreach: Represent the team internally and externally, and promote the data culture (locally, with other entities, and at a regional level)QualificationsExperience in managing data teamsStrong communication, mentoring, and leadership skillsProficiency with Power BI, Tableau, DataBricks, and ExcelExperience in implementing and optimizing recommendation systemsInitial experience in the video game industryFluent written and spoken EnglishAdditional InformationUbisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six to Just Dance and more.
