Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction. Insights about Outsight Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is trusted by the world’s leading airports and train stations across four continents, including the most renowned hubs celebrated for their operational excellence and exceptional passenger experience. We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports. Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW. Our Hybrid SaaS platform, SHIFT, turns raw data from Lidars and Edge AI appliances into actionable real-time insights—from optimizing passenger flow at international airports to ensuring safety in industrial zones. We operate a complex infrastructure spanning on-premise Edge devices, cloud backends, and end-user interfaces. The Mission: Finding the Next "Airport" Our core technology (Spatial Intelligence) is powerful, but we have only scratched the surface of its potential. Your mission is to explore Adjacent Markets to find our next major revenue stream. You will act as a "Startup Founder" within Outsight. You will investigate verticals like Physical Security (Intrusion Detection), Retail (Shopping Paths), and Smart Buildings to answer two questions: Can we solve their problem? and will they pay for it? Responsibilities Market discovery: Get out of the building. You will interview potential buyers in new sectors to understand their pain points. You will map the competitive landscape (e.g., "Why would a Mall buy Lidar instead of cheap cameras?"). Hypothesis testing: Design experiments to validate willingness-to-pay in new markets. MVP definition & prototyping: Leverage our existing Platform to configure "Vertical MVPs." You won't ask engineering to build a whole new product for 6 months; you will hack together a solution to test a hypothesis with a design partner in 4 weeks. Go-to-Market Strategy: A Security Director buys differently than an Airport Manager. You will define the Packaging, Pricing, and Positioning for these new offers. Pilot Management: Oversee the first deployments in these new sectors, acting as both PM and temporary Solution Engineer to ensure the first customers succeed. Go/No-Go Decisions: You own the business case. You must be brave enough to kill a project if the market isn't there, or pitch for resources to double down if it is. Requirements 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in an early-stage startup or an Innovation Lab environment. Commercially Minded: You understand that a product is only successful if it can be sold. You are comfortable discussing ROI and budgets. The "Zero to One" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You don't need a polished roadmap; you need a problem to solve. Tech-Savvy: You can understand the capabilities of our Lidar platform well enough to know what can be "configured" quickly for a demo vs. what requires deep engineering. Why join us?
