Senior UX/UI Designer (relocation to Switzerland, Geneva) EPAM is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join an IT UX Team in Geneva. This is a full-time on-site position working closely with both EPAM and client teams. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the design system, translating business briefs into effective prototypes and designing user interfaces that meet business needs. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the existing design system Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand briefs and requirements Translate business needs into UX/UI prototypes for testing and approval Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design Proven experience in maintaining and developing design systems Ability to generate prototypes for user testing and business approval Experience working in a collaborative client-facing environment Fluent in French (spoken and written) Comfortable working on-site at client premises in Geneva Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss and collaborate directly with clients Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into design solutions Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic work environment We offer 5 weeks of vacation EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Enhanced parental leave Extended pension plan Daily sickness allowance insurance Employee assistance program Global business travel medical and accident insurance Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more *All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements Please note that any offers will be subject to appropriate background checks.
