This approach unites all capabilities under one roof, focusing on client-centric solutions and breaking down silos between its divisions to drive seamless and efficient transformation for clients.The role of the Global and Regional Client Lead exemplifies this model, emphasizing client-first strategies, collaboration, operational unity, modularity, and a unified approach combining creative, intelligence, and technology expertise to deliver transformative ideas and experiences.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute local paid online acquisition strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEM, SEO, GDN, and affiliates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC), adjusting strategies as needed.Manage project workflows and setup across platforms.Provide performance analysis, strategy planning, budget allocation, and conduct quarterly reviews.Coordinate with account teams to ensure client alignment.Troubleshoot technical campaign issues.Innovate to enhance performance, growth, and profitability.Stay updated on market trends and generate creative, competitive ideas.Share best practices within the group.Own campaign performance and KPIs.Mentor and train team members on platform implementations.QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in media buying and planning, especially performance media.Experience with search, programmatic, and social platforms (Search 360, DV360, Google Ads, Meta).Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor performance campaigns.High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong problem-solving and project management skills.Experience with Campaign Manager 360 and IAS.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.Additional informationEmployee benefits include:Generous leave, including birthday, rest day, and family care leave.Office closure for World Mental Health Day and major festive celebrations.Comprehensive medical coverage, dental, optical, life, and accident insurance.Hybrid work schedule with Friday disconnects.Office closure during the last week of December for rest and recharge.Phone allowance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
