Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in growing new business and managing key accounts in your assigned region. This position is based either in Strasbourg or in the Paris region.Your TasksSales targets and cost management: Achieve stipulated sales targets and manage related costsSales team management: Conduct performance reviews, provide on-the-job support for staff interviews, and define target agreements with the help of HRCustomer acquisition and management: Lead efforts to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customersMarket strategy implementation: Develop and implement market-specific strategies to improve business growthMarket data analysis: Collect and analyze current market data to inform business decisionsProduct launches and customer training: Support the introduction of new products and train customers on their applicationsCustomer relationship management (CRM): Maintain and update CRM information following company guidelinesRegional campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales support activities in your regionYour ProfileExperience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of responsibility in sales organizationsEducation: Bachelor's degreeExpertise: Solid knowledge of market management, sales, and key account managementSkills: Excellent planning, management, and negotiation skillsLanguage skills: Fluency in English is a prerequisiteInterpersonal skills: Communication and negotiation skillsIf you are an experienced sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a dynamic market, we invite you to apply.
