What You’ll Be Doing Preparation of Business Accounting Reconciliations: Support the finance manager in reconciling operational data with accounting records, ensuring accuracy and traceability across systems during a period of high transactional volume. Analyze discrepancies between statements and accounting records, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial integrity. Preparation of Consolidation Submissions: Assist in compiling and validating financial data for group-level reporting in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), ensuring timely and compliant consolidation. Preparation of Tax Reports: Contribute to the preparation and review of tax declarations, ensuring completeness and consistency of tax data in line with regulatory deadlines. Preparation of Analytical Files and Balance Sheet Substantiation: Build and document analytical review packages to support audit readiness and internal controls, including substantiation of key balance sheet accounts. Support in the Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Reports: Collaborate with the team to draft statutory accounts and annual reports, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and audit requirements. Business Partnering: Help analyse costs and revenues. Contribute to budget preparation. What You’ll Bring At least five years of experience in corporate finance operations. Experience in French Tax and VAT reporting is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, while also thriving in collaborative environments. Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic setting. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power Query. Comfortable communicating in both French and English.
