Our team of 650+ people operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.For this role, you need to be based in France, Belgium or Spain. You will join a team of 50+ Operations professionals across our countries, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Care and other teams at Alan.ResponsibilitiesRun our insurance or health services processes (Ops Runners), including day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of operations.Flag risks and opportunities and support continuous improvement of processes.Supervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participate in negotiations, and ensure business continuity.Perform controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needs.Escalate feedback, help prioritise initiatives, and support improvements to make processes and services more delightful and efficient.Operate processes such as invoicing or claims treatment, manage provider networks, and support internal teams (live and via documentation).Contribute to defining and owning monitoring schemes to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, risks, and areas for improvement.In addition, you will implement continuous improvements to processes (approx. 20–30% of the time), e.g., collaborating with product teams to automate processes, enhance external communication, audit processes, or automate steps with tools.Experience & SkillsExperience: We aim to hire within the A2-B level range.
