Joining Powens Group means being a part of an inclusive, multicultural, and international team of over 130 employees.Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Manager is the voice of the market and a strategist who translates the company’s high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks.Senior Product Manager embodies the multitude of customers who make up the market for certain products. He/she knows the issues, stakes and challenges of these customers and ensures that the product provides solutions, assets and added value for these customers.Your missionsDefine the target market and identify its problems: understand pain points, needs and preferences.Talk to the market: participate in conferences, industry events and user clubs, perform market research.Use surveys to collect feedback and gather quantitative data on customer satisfaction and overall experience from the customer and market.Elaborate product strategy as an entrepreneur, set and defend a vision that describes investment priorities.Build business case for new capabilities, and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment in the products.Develop pricing strategies: determine the optimal pricing model based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product value.Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to organize marketing actions.Build and manage the 6‑month product release plan, and take part in the product roadmap with other PMs.Watch the market / regulatory evolution and trends: analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and industry reports.Profile and skills requiredMinimum 7 years experience as a Product Manager in a banking environment or fintech SaaS industryPractical knowledge in one of the following industries: credit, payment, wealth management, open‑bankingFluent in English (written and spoken); French or Spanish would be a plusExcellent communication skills, with a proven ability to summarize, adapt, and repeatStrong analytical rigor and organization skills: you’re able to ground your hypothesis on solid facts, even under pressureConfronted to the unknown, you can still use your instinct to make quick decisions in a complex and uncertain environmentPragmatic and result‑oriented: you know that a technically perfect product that does not meet any needs is a useless productSense of leadership: you know how to lead teams towards a clear visionCurious, critical thinker with well‑argued opinions, you’re happy to change your mind when confronted to better factsWhat we offerInternational, diverse and inclusive environmentHybrid telework model with up to 3 days from home/weekMore benefits on the career websiteWomen are under‑represented in the fintech industry.
