Fast execution: disciplined, simplicity, high‑impact processes. The Segment Owner Role Our self‑serve business is a strategic acquisition channel serving small companies, freelancers and retirees. Self‑serve segment owners are accountable for one of the segments and are responsible for defining and executing the complete go‑to‑market strategy for that segment. Key Responsibilities Strategic planning & execution: Identify growth bottlenecks and new market opportunities; prioritize short‑term (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and long‑term (2‑3 year) horizons. Set bottom‑up targets. Deliver weekly performance updates on ARR, churn, gross profit and target achievement. Product marketing & channel enablement: Provide deep customer insight and market dynamics. Conduct regular customer interviews and sales call reviews. Craft differentiated positioning and value proposition. Empower channel owners across paid advertising, SEO, partnerships, referral programs; evaluate and give feedback on initiatives. Act as accelerator, providing deep‑dive support (SEA optimisation, conversion analysis) and building segment‑specific assets (email campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets). Product & Data: Surface segment‑specific feature requirements and analytics needs. Improve performance dashboards with AI & Data team help. Contribute to cross‑functional topics (legal setup, guarantee/renewal) and partner to ensure profitability. Who We’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience in product marketing. Experience in strategic business development or go‑to‑market a plus. Full French and English fluency (written & spoken). Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and using AI assistants for data analysis. Entrepreneurial, growth mindset; self‑starter in a fast‑moving environment. Exposure to pricing/packaging and unit economics; reasoning about profitability. Collaborative and able to influence cross‑functional teams. Experience working with small business and individual customer segments a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary within the D‑F level range of our salary grid.
