Your new challenge As a Digital Product Owner (DPO), you'll collaborate closely with digital product managers, engineers, UX designers and stakeholders to continuously enhance our products and user experience. You will lead Homologation team, and as a champion of the product vision and your team, you will turn the roadmap into deliverables and secure the alignment with the overall strategy and product vision. Part of this strategy is to secure data and process to ensure a reliable delivery of our vehicles. Our team consists of IT professionnals, based in Vénissieux (France) and Bangalore (India), who value effective cooperation and a good, team-oriented work atmosphere. We are looking for a DPO who will strengthen our cooperation with business stakeholders and become an integral part of the team, bringing unique perspectives, experience, knowledge, and ideas. This is how you could make an impact Drive the development and execution of the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to maximize value and impact. Advocate for the end-user by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and incorporating insights into product development. Track and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Implement and promote agile practices, ensuring efficient and effective product development cycles. Collaborate with other DPO working on similar business capabilities to align, when relevant, our way of working to maximize business outcomes Who are you? We believe you want to take your career to the next level, working with amazing people around the world. To be successful in this position we believe you have a university degree or equivalent, experience in cloud-based product management and as functional leadership roles in IT. Knowledge of the Volvo Supply chain and the current digital products supporting would be a strong asset. We believe this role requires: Experience in digital product orientation and agile ways of working Knowledge of information technology trends A passion for lifelong learning The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
