In this context, we are looking for a Digital Content Designer Associate (apprentice) who will support our learners' growth. Your role is to provide support to the University Content Design team with the following tasks:Video edition (recordings of virtual sessions / presentations…) to be uploaded in the platform (LMS).Manage the satisfaction surveys and organize a feedback loop.Upload various digital resources into the LMS.Perform tests (users & admin.) in the platform before launching any project.What you’ll learn to doManage projects under the supervision of our content designers, applying our in-house methodologyDesign storyboards, videos, scripts & voice oversUse Articulate StorylineDesign your first learning package(s)Skills needed for the positionPlanning / Project Management: ability to manage several projects at the same timeProblem-solving, solution orientedAt ease with change and implementing new ways of working: processes, automation etc…At ease with figures and dashboardsStrong collaboration mindset: you will work with a team of Content Designers, with the communication team and with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME), and need to be comfortable connecting and collaborating with othersConfidence with technology and agile environmentsFluent in English, French is a plus but not mandatoryKnowledge / Skills that would be a (+)At ease with a Learning Management System - we are using Cornerstone On Demand but any other LMS knowledge will be helpfulVideo edition: we are using Premiere Adobe Pro but experience in any video editor (like iMovie, Final Cut Pro etc.) is relevantMicrosoft ExcelAbout usEquativ is the new single name for Smart Adserver, DynAdmic, LiquidM and Nowtilus — four proven innovators in advertising technology.
