OverviewJob Description: Location: Aimargues; Segment: Royal Canin; Type of contract: Permanent.Join the Global Finance Team at Royal Canin (Mars Inc.) and kick-start your career in a truly international, purpose-driven business. You’ll contribute to key financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a global ecosystem dedicated to improving the health of cats and dogs through nutrition.What are we looking for?Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s equivalent).A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in finance, accounting, or data analysis is an advantage.Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation.Basic to intermediate Power BI skills, with a strong appetite to progress.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate work on time.Curious and proactive, able to work independently while thriving in a multicultural team environment.Fluent in English (B2+).What will be your key responsibilities?Financial reporting & performance trackingContribute to monthly and quarterly closings.Update and maintain global and regional performance dashboards (Power BI).Global consolidationCollect, verify, and consolidate financial data from more than 50 subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and consistency.Forecasting & analysisSupport financial forecasts, variance analyses, and management reporting for decision-making.Tools, processes & data optimisationImprove and maintain financial models, reporting templates, and automation tools to streamline operations.Ad-hoc analysis & supportProvide data insights and analytical support for ongoing finance transformation projects.Cross-functional collaborationWork closely with teams across finance, marketing, sales, supply and innovation to understand how financial insights drive business performance.What can you expect from Mars?At Mars, we believe in a relationship of mutual trust, dignity and respect between our company and Associates that is more meaningful than the standard employer/employee relationship.As Associates, we can expect to be respected, supported and valued as individuals, to be treated fairly and equitably.You will work in a multicultural environment (more than 40 nationalities) and where your dog will be welcomed by more than 100 other Associates’ dogs at the officeYou will work in a unique campus, which gathers more than 800 Associates working for: the international HQ, the French subsidiary, two laboratories, a kennel and a cattery with more than 200 cats & dogs, and finally the most important factory of the Royal Canin group.Gain hands-on experience in an international finance environment with exposure to diverse markets and business units.Develop your technical and analytical skills using advanced tools and digital reporting platforms.Build the foundation for a successful career in finance within a company that promotes growth, mobility, and development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
