Solution Architect - Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations Location: France (Remote / Hybrid) Language: French (fluent) and English (professional working level) We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner who is growing its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice and is looking for an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect to join the team. This role suits a France-based Solution Architect who enjoys working in international programmes and designing complex, enterprise-scale ERP solutions. The Role As a D365 F&O Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution design, leading architecture decisions, and ensuring successful delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations across multiple clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations Translate business requirements into scalable, robust D365 F&O solutions Define end-to-end process and system architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and D365 F&O standards Support pre-sales activities including solution design and technical input Provide guidance and leadership to functional and technical teams Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders in English-speaking environments Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Deep functional knowledge in one or more areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail) Proven experience as a Solution Architect on enterprise-scale D365 F&O projects Background in consulting or professional services Experience working with integrations, data migration, and complex ERP landscapes Comfortable working professionally in English Microsoft D365 F&O certifications Experience with Azure integrations and Power Platform extensions Exposure to global or multi-country ERP rollouts Why Apply?
