We operate a complex infrastructure spanning on‑premise Edge devices, cloud backends and end‑user interfaces. The Mission: Targeting Operational Excellence Outsight is already the reference solution for major international airports (e.g., CDG, JFK) and transport hubs. Your mission is to take our established “Monitoring” solution and evolve it into a “Predictive Operations System.” You will work with our largest customers to deepen the value we provide, moving from telling them “The queue is long” to telling them “The queue will be long in 20 minutes—open Desk 4 now.” Responsibilities Lead the roadmap for our Advanced Analytics & Forecasting modules. Define how we use historical data to provide actionable insights that prevent bottlenecks before they happen. Refine the user interface for non‑technical staff (Security Guards, Terminal Managers, etc.) – dashboards must be legible at a glance during high‑stress operational peaks. Identify key capabilities that turn a “Nice to Have” tool into a “Critical Dependency” in customers’ workflows. Work closely with Account Management to ensure our product evolves with changing needs of Tier‑1 Enterprise clients. Conduct regular deep‑dive sessions with Airport Operations Directors to understand evolving KPIs. Prioritise: balance specific requests from Tier‑1 clients with the long‑term vision of the product platform. Requirements 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably dealing with Enterprise/Key Accounts. Data‑Driven: comfortable working with Analytics, BI tools, and defining complex KPIs. Empathetic: can put yourself in the shoes of a stressed operations manager and design a workflow that helps them. Structured: can manage a roadmap under constant pressure from high‑value customers.
